- Daily Mass is cancelled
- Parish Office opens at 10:00 am (or later)
- All Classes, Ministry Meetings, and all other programs, activities, and events that include children under the age of 18 are cancelled
- All Classes, Ministry Meetings, and all other programs, activities, and events for adults scheduled at 10:00 am (or later) may be held
If Carroll County Public Schools & Central Offices are closed due to inclement weather
- Daily Mass is cancelled
- Parish Office is closed

If the snow emergency plan is in Effect for Carroll County (go to http://www.chart.state.md.us/StormInfo/snow_emergency_plans.asp for information) or the campus is deemed unsafe by Facilities Manager in consultation with the Pastor due to inclement weather
- All Classes, Ministry Meetings, and all other day and evening programs, activities, and events are cancelled
- Mass will be celebrated as scheduled unless the Archbishop of Baltimore grants a general dispensation from the Sunday obligation.*
*There is no obligation to attend Mass when weather causes dangerous road conditions. Please exercise prudent judgment and do not take unnecessary risks given your individual situation.
