Knights Council #7612 Scholarships are for Saint Joseph Catholic Community families who aspire to enroll their children in K-12 Catholic schools or homeschool with a Catholic foundation. Providing this scholarship will:
DRAW STUDENTS and FAMILIES CLOSER TO GOD:
Extending this financial support in the form of Knights Council #7612 Scholarships will not only give students the opportunity to receive a quality education rooted in faith, but also facilitate a deeper connection to God for the entire family. This is in alignment with the Knights’ mission under Faith.
DEVELOP FUTURE LEADERS AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS:
Dedicated teachers and parents prioritize both the academic and spiritual growth of their students above all else. Students are not only taught academic subjects but also nurtured in Catholic values, fostering a strong sense of community and servitude. Through this holistic education, students develop discipline of mind, body, and soul, preparing them to become compassionate and service-oriented individuals in their communities.
ALLEVIATE FINANCIAL BURDEN:
Providing scholarships for such education will not only alleviate financial burdens for families but also invest in the formation of future leaders who are grounded in faith and committed to serving others. Through offering these scholarships, the Knights want to help facilitate the formation of children and development of future faithful, service-oriented adults.
Annual Scholarship Fund Guidelines:
Who Qualifies:
- Any family registered at Saint Joseph Catholic Community
- Students Home School K-12th or Catholic School K-12
- Submit Application via email October 6-13, 2024
Application process:
- Simple form (PDF) (download link is below)
- E-mail submission only to [email protected]
- No hard copy applications accepted
- Applications received between October 6th through October 13th
- All Applications will be evaluated after the deadline midnight October 13th
- Scholarships Presented at October 26th Knights Chili Cook-off
The selection process will require verification that the:
- Family is registered at Saint Joseph Catholic Community
- Student is enrolled in the school indicated
- Student is enrolled as Home Schooled (provided by parent)
