Ushers Ministry
Join the Usher Ministry at SJCC
We are seeking new volunteers to serve in the Usher Ministry at all Masses. Ushers play a vital role in welcoming parishioners and supporting the clergy, helping to create a warm, organized environment so the liturgy may be celebrated smoothly and reverently.
To serve in this ministry, volunteers must:

Be a Confirmed member of SJCC

Have a willingness to serve and a friendly, welcoming demeanor

Be registered in VIRTUS
-
Complete VIRTUS training for those in contact with youth

Successfully complete the associated background check

Commit to serving weekly or bi-weekly at Mass, as well as on Holy Days of Obligation
VIRTUS training is free and coordinated through our Safe Environment Coordinator at sjccvirtus@saintjoseph.cc.
