Transitioning from high school to adulthood is not a single destination defined by the world but a personal journey full of twists, turns, and uncertain terrain. We don’t assume everyone’s road looks the same. Along the way, we’ll explore real challenges and opportunities: figure out how to deal with the pressure to “have it all figured out,” the emotional toll of starting fresh, the illusions of social media, shifting life plans, balancing new and old relationships, and what comes next, whether that’s a traditional, non-traditional or unexpected route. We gather monthly to explore your unique and purposeful path, one step at a time.
