One such gesture is a prayer shawl—a wearable hug—lovingly crafted with prayer, care, and intention by the members of our Court. Each shawl is handmade, with every stitch reflecting compassion and faith. Created in a variety of shapes, colors, and sizes, these shawls offer more than warmth. They bring comfort in times of sorrow, solace during illness, shelter against the cold, and a gentle reminder that the recipient is cared for and never alone. Wrapped around the shoulders, a shawl becomes a quiet source of peace—an embrace when words are not enough. Some moments call for a simple acknowledgment that someone is important to you. Our Pocket Hearts are just that gesture—a small heart paired with a prayer, sharing God’s love in a meaningful way. Both prayer shawls and Pocket Hearts are available to parishioners and community members for a free-will offering.
