Respect Life Ministry
Respect Life committee believe every life is precious, unborn to natural death. As Missionary Disciples we have a deep appreciation for the sanctity of human life through prayer, education and the organization of opportunities to give witness to the Gospel of Life.
- Inviting all parishioners, into the knowledge of why we should Respect life from the unborn to natural death.
- Since our state is still an abortion state and we are not a state who allows assisted suicide our main goals deal with Pro-Life issues.
- We strive to raise awareness with our church community on the importance of understanding what abortion truly is and supplying alternatives.
- We do this through our weekly adoration hour, monthly prayer vigil along with the 40 days for life campaign, spiritual adoption, Respect Life month activities, and adding the Walking with Moms in Need program to collaborate with local resources that supply help to those woman or families in need.

40 Days for Life Campaign (Spring) and year-round vigil prayers 1x a month
Respect Life Month – October every year. FRAP, prayer cards for all parishioners to read together during mass, Mass intentions throughout the month, a prayer of the faithful for a month in all mass respect life prayers, nationwide prayer for life chain, tours of the local pregnancy center, Together in Prayer on Respect Life, vespers in the chapel for life, legislative awareness after Mass’ for at least 1 weekend and signage for a full month, a speaker to come to the parish to raise awareness
